We are searching for a driven and customer service oriented Medical Processor/Pharmacy Technician to process medication treatment programs to help drive our patient retention and practice operations success.
This person plays a critical role in ensuring that patients receive the correct medications safely and efficiently, making their skills and attention to detail indispensable to any team.
This role will may become a hybrid role in the future with working from locations and home once candidate is able to work autonomous. 
Daily Responsibilities and Required Skills
Daily Responsibilities:

<li>Reviewing incoming Patient Program Orders:</li>
<ul>
<li>Reviewing and crossing checking doctor’s orders line up with medication to be sold and dispensed.</li>
<li>Reviewing and taking payment.</li>
</ul>
<li>Medication Preparation and Dispensing:</li>
<ul>
<li>Accurately measure, count, and label medications as prescribed in compliance with state and federal regulations.</li>
</ul>
<li>Prescription Processing:</li>
<ul>
<li>Receive and verify prescriptions from patients within patient programs and/or our healthcare provider notes.</li>
<li>Input prescription information into the pharmacy system.</li>
</ul>
<li>Pharmacy Interaction:</li>
<ul>
<li>Review Invoices</li>
<li>Direct connection with pharmacies for orders, pricing and ongoing issues. </li>
</ul>
<li>Inventory Management:</li>
<ul>
<li>Maintain stock levels and organize inventory.</li>
<li>Check for expired medications and dispose of them appropriately.</li>
</ul>
<li>Compliance and Record-Keeping:</li>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all prescriptions meet regulatory standards.</li>
</ul>
