Position Summary
The Taekwondo Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction consistent with the CPTKD curriculum to students ranging from beginner through advanced levels, including Black Belt. This role requires technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching, mentorship, and student development. The Instructor will contribute to student retention, program excellence, and the overall positive culture of the Academy. The Instructor will have direct daily communication with CPTKD’s founder and Head Master Instructor about all aspects of the studio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Instruction &amp; Student Development
<ul>
<li>Deliver engaging, safe, and effective Taekwondo instruction to children, teens, and adults across group classes, introductory programs, and private lessons</li>
<li>Teach and model the physical techniques, competitive principles, and philosophical tenets of Taekwondo, including courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit</li>
<li>Develop and implement age-appropriate and skill-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the CPTKD curriculum and Kukkiwon standards</li>
<li>Provide individualized coaching and feedback to support each student’s technical progress, confidence, and personal growth</li>
<li>Prepare students for belt testing, demonstrations, and local, regional, and national competitions, as applicable</li>
<li>Coach and support students during competitions and special events when assigned</li>
</ul>
Curriculum &amp; Program Support

<li>Maintain a thorough understanding of CPTKD curriculum, belt test requirements, and instructional standards</li>
<li>Assist with pre-competition training programs and advanced skill development initiatives</li>

Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Kukkiwon-certified Black Belt (World Taekwondo Federation)</li>

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1960. We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents. 
We are seeking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse.
<ul>
<li>Starting at $27.50 per hour.</li>
<li>7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm shifts available.</li>
</ul>
Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Current licensure in the State of Florida as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN.</li>
<li>Current BLS certification.</li>
<li>One year experience as a staff nurse in a hospital, long term care facility, or other medical care facility with at least 6 months supervisory experience.</li>
</ul>
Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN Job Summary:
<ul>
<li>Periodically review the resident's discharge plan and participates in its updating as required.</li>
<li>Complete accident/incident reports for submission to the Nursing Department by the end of your shift.</li>
<li>Make daily rounds of your unit to ensure that nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments.</li>
<li>Inform nursing personnel of new admissions, their expected time of arrival, room assignment, etc.</li>
<li>Participate in orientation of new residents/family members to the facility.</li>
<li>Arrange for diagnostic and therapeutic services as ordered by the physician.</li>
<li>Notify the resident's attending physician and family member when there is a change in the resident's condition.</li>
</ul>
