You Will:
<ul>
<li>Relieve Technicians for breaks</li>
<li>Ensure that all materials to fulfill the work orders that are present</li>
<li>Coordinate team meetings</li>
<li>Monitor all Quality Documentation ensuring all is in compliance</li>
<li>Converse with Maintenance Technician to prioritize work to be completed on the line</li>
<li>Work with new team members to train on Sidel blow molders and auxiliary equipment alike</li>
<li>Responsible for production data that is to be correctly entered into PICS / Iconics</li>
<li>Ensure GMP and safety policies are followed</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining ISO standards</li>
<li>Initiate action for food safety issues</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
You Have:
<ul>
<li>Ability to work 2-2-3, 12 hour night shift; 6:45pm - 7:15am</li>
<li>Associates Degree or higher preferred; Relevant experience will be considered</li>
<li>Team Oriented and Self-motivated in all job responsibilities</li>
<li>Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities</li>
<li>Effective time management</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>

JOB DETAILS&nbsp;
Base Pay: $33-$36 per hour plus $1 per hour shift differential&nbsp;
2nd Shift: 3pm to 10:30pm Monday-Friday
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance Technician III is an Electro-Mechanical position and responsibilities will include but not be limited to supporting manufacturing operations, adjusting and repairing equipment as needed, tracking usage of and ordering replacement parts.
<ul>
<li>Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment</li>
<li>Perform detailed setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments</li>
<li>Repair and keep mechanical machine components in top operating condition</li>
<li>Advanced understanding of electrical principles such as voltage, current and resistance</li>
<li>Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, field devices, sensors, photo eyes, etc.</li>
<li>Advanced understanding of electrical safety and motor control circuits and programmable drives</li>
<li>&nbsp;Troubleshoot the inputs and outputs on PLC and repair issues</li>
<li>Complete projects to add electrical circuits and controls, new equipment and relocate machines</li>
<li>Maintain and repair pneumatic systems including repairs of cylinders and other components</li>
<li>Perform simple to complex mechanical Preventative Maintenance Tasks following instructions</li>
<li>Enter all work completed in computer-based maintenance program</li>
<li>Monitor and report spare parts usage including completing parts order forms</li>
<li>Adjust equipment based on Statistical Process Control data and team with QA</li>
<li>Train Level I and II technicians in more complex tasks and skills</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Associates degree in related field, or equivalent related experience</li>
<li>3-7 years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Knowledge of and experience with Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures</li>
<li>Able to strictly adhere to safety policies/procedures and be committed to customer quality.</li>
<li>Must be available for regular standby assignments; work scheduled off-hours and emergency overtime as required.</li>
<li>Proficient in Word and Excel</li>
<li>Must be willing to attend training sessions as needed, including out of state locations</li>
<li>Ability to assist in Training Level I and II Technicians</li>
<li>Intermediate knowledge of fabrication (ex. welding, basic machining)</li>
<li>Possess strong work ethic and knowledge of intermediate troubleshooting</li>
<li>Able to read printed materials, blueprints, schematics, and computer graphics</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and within a team, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships employees, vendors, contractors, and suppliers</li>
<li>Ability to show attention to detail in a very fast paced environment</li>
</ul>

<li>Exposure to variable temperatures as impacted by the weather, chemicals, and rotating shifts</li>

Work Environment
Mainly a manufacturing facility, where exposed to moving mechanical parts, forklifts, heavy pallets, moderate to loud noise level, and air-borne dust, powders, and fumes. While working, will be required to wear various personal protective equipment (e.g., clothing, gloves, goggles, safety glasses, steel toed shoes, cut resistant aprons, etc.) based on work area or task.
