· Using a screw gun, installs bolts into pre-drilled holes and tighten them down. 
· Inspects skins for defects, trims, excess threads, and vinyl. 
· Places skins over parts and aligns stripes. 
· Pull vinyl tight over part and staples around edges, making sure that edges and stripes stay aligned. 
· Finish with screen and hem when necessary. 
· Inspects all parts after production to ensure that all parts are complete and up to quality standards. 
· Keep the work area clean and orderly. 
· Any other duties as assigned by management.

Keepers are also responsible for maintaining primate habitats and holdings, and identifying maintenance issues in need of correction or repair. Keepers are expected to prepare animal health records, follow prescribed primate diets, and strictly adhere to safety protocols.
While performing the duties of this job, the Keeper will be regularly required to bend, stand, walk, climb, balance, throw, and lift. Must be able to swim and possess a valid Florida driver’s license.
Preference for this position will be given to those individuals with at least 2 years of primate experience at an AZA accredited institution. Specifically, chimpanzee experience is extremely preferred. You must be able to lift 50 pounds and work weekends/holidays. As a Game Night Event Host / Emcee, you’ll be the face of our nationwide events in your region, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include: 
- Hosting and emceeing trivia game nights, music bingo events, or other interactive activities. 
- Engaging and entertaining attendees to create a community of players. 
- Keeping the energy high and the game presentation running smoothly with easy to use game controls right from your laptop.
- Explaining game rules clearly and ensuring everyone feels included. 
- Managing event flow and addressing any on-the-spot needs with positivity and professionalism.

This role is in outside territory sales, offering flexibility in scheduling and autonomy in planning your work week. You'll engage with small to medium-sized businesses, presenting our top-tier supplemental insurance products. Training includes both classroom sessions and hands-on experience with our top performers, supplemented by self-paced learning modules.
While experience in athletics, military, law enforcement, or a proven track record of success is preferred, it's not required. We're looking for driven individuals ready to make an impact.

Core Responsibilities:

Utilize our customized Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your professional network within your territory and neighboring communities
</li>
<li>
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed
</li>
<li>
Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
</li>
<li>
Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team
</li>
<li>
Personally visit new businesses, develop relationships with local business owners, follow up on referral leads, and reservice existing clients
</li>
<li>
Build and nurture your own client portfolio
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets for yourself
</li>
<li>
Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and working hours; submit your schedule to your sales team manager each week
</li>
<li>
Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at the end of each work day
</li>
