POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs various clerical duties for office manager, or providers including: answering telephones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, copying, and creating/scanning charts. Responsible for data entry and patient account follow up, as well as monthly reports.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
<ul>
<li>Answer and screens high volume telephone calls in a courteous manner, and records messages for providers and other personnel. </li>
<li>Schedule patient appointments and procedures according to established policies and procedures. </li>
<li>Check-in patients upon arrival at the office as well as check-out upon departure. </li>
<li>Obtain accurate information from patients and ensure all registration forms are complete.</li>
<li>Collect patient and insurance payments and reconcile charges on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Verify account balances and refunds for accuracy. Provide information to patients regarding unpaid balances. </li>
<li>File records in appropriate sections of patient charts in EMR. </li>
<li>Prepare patient charts in advance and scan documents into charts in EMR.</li>
<li>Transcribe letters and create forms as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain files and records in a confidential manner. </li>
<li>Maintain organization and efficiency of front office, including office supply inventory. </li>
<li>Maintain patient confidentiality.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as directed or assigned</li>

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED. </li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office, front office or scheduling experience.</li>
</ul>
REQUIREMENTS FOR LEVEL I STATUS:
<ul>
<li>Entry level (1-4 years’ experience) and/or meet the basic requirements of the job with the need for additional supervision</li>
<li>Excess of 4 years’ experience if meeting only the basic requirements of the job with need for additional supervision</li>
</ul>
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of clinic policies and procedures. </li>
<li>Knowledge of computer programs and applications.</li>
<li>Knowledge of basic arithmetic to make calculations, balance and reconcile figures, and make changes accurately.</li>
<li>Skill in operating office equipment </li>
<li>Skill in handling paperwork/filing adequately. </li>
<li>Skill in handling incoming phone calls and triaging appropriately. </li>
<li>Skill in written and verbal communication.</li>
<li>Ability to learn/use other computer programs including Microsoft® Excel, e-mail, Internet, and Microsoft® PowerPoint. </li>
<li>Ability to sort and file materials correctly by alphabetic or numeric systems.</li>
<li>Ability to flexibly respond to changing demands. </li>
<li>Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.</li>

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work performed in office environment. Involves frequent contact with staff and patients. May require working under stressful conditions.
EQUIPMENT OPERATED
Office machinery including computers, fax, dictating machine, calculator, and photocopier.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Manual dexterity for office machine operation including computer and calculator; stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, mobility to complete errands or deliveries, or sitting for extended periods of time. Stress can be triggered by multiple staff demands and deadlines. Occasionally lift and carry files up to 20 pounds

Front Desk Coordinator I

The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality or customer experience and thrive on delivering service excellence. Must have strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, and provide intuitive service to pay close attention to details. They will be required to perform and fulfill both inspections and evaluate our residences. The Property Management and Housekeeping team is responsible for making sure that our properties are in exceptional condition
Responsibilities and Duties
<ul>
<li>Conduct post-departure property inspections and inventory checks for missing or damaged items.</li>
<li>Report damages and maintenance issues promptly, following LRMB protocol.</li>
<li>Complete VCI reports accurately, including photos and anticipatory questions for quick resolutions.</li>
<li>Assist Property Management with deliveries and supply replacement to residences.</li>
<li>Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs, ensuring appliances and amenities are functioning.</li>
<li>Collaborate with teams to ensure properties meet cleanliness and readiness standards for guest occupancy.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive attitude and deliver exceptional service at all times.</li>
<li>Perform detailed inspection of Residences post housekeeping to ensure LRMB cleanliness standards are met, and Residences are fully stocked and ready for guest occupancy.</li>
<li>Other duties may be assigned as necessary</li>

Room Inspector (Hotel)

Job Description
The front desk team member will value all residents and guests and be committed to providing information and resources to have a meaningful visit. This is a key employee liaison between all guests of the community and the residents which provides exceptional customer service.
Duties and Essential Functions

<li>Greet all guests in a standing upright position as they enter the community maintaining the highest quality of customer service.</li>
<li>Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. All “check-in” policies and procedures must be followed without any exceptions.</li>

<li>Coordinate with office administrative staff to maintain and update all unit owner information in computer database.</li>
<li>Utilize proper phone etiquette for all incoming and outgoing phone calls made to residents. All calls should be clear and in a professional manner.</li>

<li>Observe precautions required to protect Residents, guests and property, and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors.</li>

Required Education and Experience

<li>Minimum six months of related experience and/or training.</li>
<li>Previous work experience in a high-rise property setting is highly desired.</li>
<li>Valid Driver's License </li>
