This person will be responsible for organizing and directing the agency’s day to day operations according to approved policies, procedures and standards. Maintains the image of the agency in the communities the agency serves and in state and national organizations.

Job Requirements:

<li>Training and experience in health service administration and at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care and/or hospice or related health programs preferred.</li>
<li>Previous budget and profit &amp; loss statement management experience required.</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge and understanding of federal &amp; state laws and guidelines pertaining to hospice and Medicare required.</li>

Clinicians are assigned to a primary zone within their home county, managing a caseload of 24–30 weekly patient visits, each lasting 70–85 minutes.
 
Compensation
Hourly Pay (Treatment):

<li>PTA (No CLT): $50/hour | Estimated Annual: $77,324+</li>
<li>PTA (CLT): $53–$60/hour | Estimated Annual: $81,458+</li>
</ul>
Other Pay Details:
<ul>
<li>Non-treatment (driving, documentation, meetings, scheduling calls, etc): $12/hour</li>
<li>Documentation at point-of-care: Paid at treatment rate + 10 minutes per visit</li>
<li>Paid training &amp; onboarding (50% of treatment rate)</li>
<li>Driving reimbursement based on travel time</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Active Florida license (PT, PTA, OT, or COTA)</li>
<li>CLT certification (ACOLS, Klose, Norton, or equivalent) preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of home health experience</li>
<li>Strong documentation and time management skills</li>
<li>2-year commitment required if hired without CLT (due to training investment)</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license</li>
</ul>
 
Physical Requirements
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</li>
<li>Ability to bend, stoop, and squat during treatment activities</li>
</ul>

<li>2–3 weeks of paid hybrid training (online, in-person, and shadowing)</li>
