GENERAL FUNCTION: 
The Clinical Case Manager (CCM) is responsible for providing high-level case management services to Boys &amp; Girls Club members and their families and supervising all Medicaid billing-related case management services provided by Boys &amp; Girls Clubs of Broward County (BGCBC). This position ensures that all case management services are delivered in a trauma-responsive, strengths-based, and culturally competent manner. The CCM oversees the case management-related job segments of the Life &amp; Resiliency Skills Coordinators including crisis intervention, psychosocial assessment, family intervention, member/family education, and service planning. The AmeriCorps Student Enrichment &amp; Nutrition Member reports to the Associate Director and supports the Healthy Meals Out of School Department.

Understanding that nutrition and food insecurity work hand in hand, it is often that those struggling with hunger make their nutritional choices based on price as opposed to nutritional value. Such choices can have long lasting effects on health, obesity, childhood achievements, and more. To combat this FLIPANY prioritizes serving nutritious, protein rich food that helps to facilitate healthy eating and even healthier lifestyles.

The AmeriCorps Student Enrichment &amp; Nutrition Member serves at a FLIPANY-sponsored meal site distributing free afterschool meals to youth in underserved communities. Serving no-cost meals while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulation, the AmeriCorps Student Enrichment &amp; Nutrition Member also has the opportunity to: (1) engage kids and teens in physical and educational enrichment programming, (2) build relationships with children, staff, and the community to promote program engagement, and (3) make a positive impact on the communities we serve while gaining valuable experience in community service and leadership. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

SCOPE OF WORK:
CONTROLLER DUTIES:
<ul>
<li>General ledger design and maintenance</li>
<li>Custom financial statement design and maintenance including revising financial statements as needed</li>
<li>Prepare financial package for monthly Board of Directors meeting and present summaries to both the Executive Board and the Board during their respective meetings.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly ABC Dashboard Summary for Board of Directors.</li>
<li>Assist in preparation of annual budget for ABC &amp; ABCI. Allocate each budget amount by month based on various business model assumptions and input to the accounting program to enable monthly comparative financial statements</li>
<li>Prepare all schedules for annual CPA review and work with CPA staff accountants to expedite field work and preparation of reviewed financials and annual tax returns.</li>
<li>Discuss cash flow requirements with President as needed</li>
</ul>
ACCOUNTING DUTIES:
<ul>
<li>ABC event and sponsor invoicing</li>
<li>Maintain Business Partner Spreadsheet in Dropbox for staff reference</li>
<li>Supervise semi-monthly payroll preparation and transmission of direct deposit file to bank</li>
<li>Review and total all employee timesheets (except instructors)</li>
<li>Calculate all commissions and other incentive programs for sales staff</li>
<li>Calculate and transmit payroll tax deposits</li>
<li>Calculate and transmit 401(k)</li>
<li>Calculate and transmit Child Support Payments</li>
<li>Prepare all payroll tax returns including: quarterly 941 Forms, quarterly Florida Re-Employment, annual Federal Unemployment, annual W-2 Forms, annual 1099 Forms</li>
<li>Prepare semi-annual 401(k) testing spreadsheets for ABC National</li>
<li>Prepare monthly sales tax returns for Broward and Palm Beach counties</li>
<li>Supervise account coding of accounts payable invoices</li>
<li>Review monthly rent payments to monitor for late payments and payments for incorrect amounts</li>
<li>Calculate all monthly income allocations for ABC &amp; ABCI</li>
<li>Responsible for all general journal entries</li>
<li>Invoice all inter-company items including ABCI employees paid by ABC</li>
<li>Reconcile inter-company accounts monthly</li>
<li>Review bank statements and credit card merchant statements reconciled by Accounting Assistant</li>
<li>Reconcile the semi-monthly RegOnline invoices and track payments received.</li>
<li>Reconcile all credit card accounts (AMEX, Hess, Home Depot) and review receipts provided by staff</li>
</ul>
MEMBERSHIP DUTIES:
<ul>
<li>Prepare annual dues invoices for membership, supervise monthly dues invoice mailings from October through April of each year</li>
<li>Prepare, reconcile, and submit monthly dues reports to ABC National and ABC of Florida</li>
<li>Prepare and mail Membership Proofs in July/August each year and supervise and/or input the update of membership data in the Personify database.</li>
<li>Maintain “Membership Statistics by Branch” Spreadsheet in Dropbox</li>
<li>Maintain a list of members who are not renewing in Dropbox</li>
</ul>
DATABASE DUTIES:
<ul>
<li>Supervision and maintenance of Personify's proprietary membership database</li>
<li>Set up all new members in Personify and assign CSI &amp; NAICS trade codes</li>
<li>Assist staff with any questions on reports and/or data</li>
<li>Liaison with ABC National Personify Team to request enhancements and/or solve database problems.</li>
<li>Advise staff of new reports and enhancements to Personify and provide tips on how to handle common problems</li>
<li>Train new staff members on Personify</li>
</ul>
HUMAN RESOURCES DUTIES:
<ul>
<li>Process new employees and explain benefit plans availability</li>
<li>Track new employees and ensure that benefits are made available on the required dates</li>
<li>Track PTO time used and available</li>
</ul>
SUPERVISORY DUTIES:
