POSITION SUMMARY:

The&nbsp;Quality Control Receiving Inspector&nbsp;plays a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while complying with GA Telesis processes. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Quality Control and Projects, the ideal individual should be quality-oriented with attention to detail, self-motivated, reliable, and able to multi-task, to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to meet quality product expectations. This is a full-time position, 2nd shift, based in Medley, Florida.&nbsp;
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform detailed visual, dimensional, and non-destructive inspections (NDI/NDT) of landing gear components and assemblies.</li>
<li>Inspect incoming, in-process, and final products to ensure compliance with OEM manuals, work instructions, and regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Verify documentation including repair orders, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and traceability paperwork.</li>
<li>Accurately record inspection findings, discrepancies, and corrective actions taken.</li>
<li>Conduct audits and quality checks throughout the repair process.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve&nbsp;processes.</li>
<li>Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain calibration status of measuring tools and test equipment.</li>
<li>Support internal and external audits, including FAA and customer inspections.</li>
<li>Adhere to safety protocols, quality procedures, and company policies.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or GED equivalent required.</li>
<li>1-2 years&nbsp;Quality Control Inspector experience.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of FAA regulations (14 CFR Part 145), EASA requirements, and OEM maintenance manuals.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) as well as basic mathematical skills.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be able to communicate effectively (oral and written) .</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.</li>
<li>Possess strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Familiar with Quantum Software.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Previous experience with aviation components, wheels and brakes a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li>
