Pennoni is seeking a&nbsp;Senior Structural Engineer&nbsp;to join our team on a full-time, direct basis while based in the&nbsp;Delray Beach, FL&nbsp;area.

Primary Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee a variety of structural design, renovation, and inspection projects for various applications:&nbsp; new construction, design build, renovations, adaptive reuse, etc.</li>
<li>Oversee structural design &amp; analysis of building structural systems for a variety of markets:&nbsp;commercial, institutional, educational, public-sector, and industrial facilities.</li>
<li>Design, detailing, and analysis of structures for low-rise &amp; mid-rise buildings with a variety of materials (e.g.:&nbsp; concrete, steel, masonry, wood, and cold-form steel).</li>
<li>Oversee the preparation of calculations and drawings for reports.</li>
<li>Develop finite element models for the analysis of complex structures.</li>
<li>Perform field-oriented tasks (e.g.: &nbsp;investigations, site visits, threshold inspections, condition assessments, etc.) and develop corresponding site visit reports.</li>
<li>Work directly with clients to foster positive relationships and maintain base business accounts.</li>

Requirements:

<li>Proficiency with engineering / CADD / BIM tools; experience with AutoCAD and Revit is a requirement.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of structural analysis software; experience with RAM (especially Structural Systems and/or Elements), STAAD, ENERCALC, and/or Mathcad are preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency in all standard Microsoft Office software applications.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills.</li>
<li>Experience working with the design and analysis of a variety of structural systems / complex projects; experience with nonlinear structural analysis is a plus!</li>
