Job Description 
As a Trades I - HVAC, you will:

<li>Perform HVAC-related tasks including installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and support for other trades as assigned by resort management.</li>
<li>Complete daily work orders, guest calls, blitzes, and special projects efficiently and on time.</li>
<li>Install, maintain, and replace HVAC components such as condensers, thermostats, fan motors, and split systems.</li>
<li>Use and interpret technical documents, including O&amp;M manuals and technical data, to ensure proper equipment handling.</li>
<li>Operate resort systems like HotSOS and maintain effective communication via radio, phone, email, and in person.</li>
<li>Follow safety guidelines, use appropriate tools and equipment, and identify/report safety hazards promptly.</li>
<li>Participate in procurement and inventory to ensure materials, tools, and parts are available when needed.</li>
<li>Represent the resort professionally by following policies, maintaining a clean appearance, and providing excellent guest service.</li>

Qualifications

SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE :
<ul>
<li>Demonstrable experience working on roofs with tools to complete roofing projects required.</li>
<li>CERTA torch certification preferred.</li>
<li>OSHA 10 certification.</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience removing and installing commercial roof systems required.</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience torching and heat welding roof material required.</li>
<li>Ability to work at heights on flat and inclined surfaces year-round in Florida weather required – roofers work on roofs.</li>
<li>Ability to climb ladders and set up work requirements in a safe manner required.</li>
<li>Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions required.</li>
<li>Ability to lift material, tools, and equipment constantly throughout the day required to complete the job.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent, vocational school certificate of completion, experience in roofing construction/installation/operations, or a combination of the above.</li>
</ul>
