What We're Looking For:
The Guest Services Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering a smooth and welcoming experience for guests from arrival to departure. This position is responsible for coordinating guest requests for bell services and ensuring effective communication between guests and the bell team, while assisting with service delivery as needed.

What You Will Do:
<ul>
<li>Greet guests and initiate bell service requests</li>
<li>Coordinate and track guest requests using service management systems</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with the bell team to ensure prompt assistance</li>
<li>Assist with luggage handling and room escorts as operationally needed</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming lobby and entrance area</li>
<li>Provide accurate hotel and local area information to guests</li>
<li>Support guest flow and coordination with Front Office and valet teams</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain the lobby beverage station</li>
<li>Ensure proper care and cleanliness of luggage carts and equipment</li>
<li>Address guest questions and concerns, escalating when appropriate</li>
<li>Stay informed about hotel amenities, services, and transportation options</li>
<li>Follow hotel safety, grooming, and appearance standards</li>
<li>Assist with guest transportation needs as assigned</li>
<li>Consistently uphold Loews Hotels' service culture and standards</li>
</ul>
Your Experience Includes:
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in a guest-facing or hospitality role preferred</li>
<li>Familiarity with guest service tracking systems or communication tools</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push carts up to 250 lbs when assisting</li>
<li>Valid driver's license in good standing (if required for driving tasks)</li>
<li>Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays</li>
